Information entered into the tools
The speed and download tools run in your browser. Their inputs are not sent to a broadband provider or saved by this application. Search terms are sent to this website as part of the search URL so matching pages can be returned; this application does not store a search history.
Do not enter personal information into the site search. URLs can appear in your browser history and your hosting provider’s access logs.
Optional enquiries
If you submit the optional contact form, your name, email address, company and enquiry details are sent to the website owner through SMTP2GO. The owner uses this information to assess your enquiry and reply to the email address you provide. The form does not take a payment or create an account.
The application does not save your submitted contact fields in its cache or application logs. It temporarily keeps a random form identifier, submission reference, status and timestamps so an interrupted request can be checked without sending a duplicate message. Unused forms expire after 30 minutes; submission records expire after 24 hours. Anti-spam counters use a keyed hash of your IP address rather than a stored raw IP address.
Messages sent to the owner remain in the owner’s mailbox and are processed by the email service under its retention settings. Contact the privacy address below to ask about retention or deletion. A separate enquiry-retention period has not yet been published.
Security verification
Opening the optional enquiry form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine submissions from automated spam. Cloudflare receives browser and network information for this security check. This website also sends the verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare for validation before sending an enquiry.
Turnstile is not loaded merely by reading the broadband pages. Cloudflare and SMTP2GO apply their own privacy notices to the information they process. No third-party analytics script is included in this website.
Technical logs
The hosting service may process standard request logs containing information such as an IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent for security and operation. This website records server errors when they occur. Hosting log retention and access are controlled by the site operator and hosting provider.
